Eyes open! Beginning to walk!
All of the pups now have their eye open and they're beginning to wobble around the whelping box. They even started little growls and biting each other. (Way different from the yelps and squeaks of hunger!)
Very fun times. Tag is taking good care of everyone, and Dilly can't wait to be more involved in playtime.
One of the puppy families visited yesterday and shared some of their photos:

Growing and growing.
Typical day of snuggles and nursing. Got to experience their first vacuuming today AND have their nails cut again. New day, new experiences, a lot of the same ones.

Snuggles abound.
We introduced some (supervised) low-barrier snuggle spots: tiny dog beds. They are loving them!

Growing every day!
Today was a busy day for the humans, but the pups nursed and slept the day away. Not sure how it's possible - they're cuter every day!

Puppy love.
Not much happening aside from snuggling and nursing. Tag is a diligent and sweet Mama Dog. Dilly wishes she could be a more involved caretaker, and she misses playtime with Tag, too!
Everyone is gaining weight and the right amount of squeaky! We're excited to see them grow and watch their colors develop.

Tag x Bruno, Spring 2024: Litter has arrived!
Tag kept us up through the night with labor and gave us four of the most adorable puppies (3F, 1M) I've ever seen! Everyone is healthy and growing and snuggling and nursing.
The 5-year-olds in the house (older dog, Tag's mama & our kiddo) can't get enough of their allotted puppy time. Can't wait to post more. For now, everyone needs to catch up on sleep.

Still surviving
Hello all... sorry for the lack of photos and posts and zooms. Life has been busy, and puppies add in a lot more busy-ness, too! Here are a few photos recently, but these pups are moving around so much, they don't get photographed quite as often anymore. They are all taking turns going on (short) solo walks on a leash - being walked (sort of) by the kiddo no less! They even showed up on campus for the last day of classes and met many more students, including half of the men's soccer team. The puppies are ready to go to their families for extra love and attention. Here are a few pictures from the past week:
